Groupe Immobilière Tolosane is a group of four real estate agencies situated in South–West France. Each of the four agencies is located in a different area of the South-West, meaning that we can offer clients specialist local knowledge about the whole of the region.
Immobilière Tolosane is situated in Toulouse, the birthplace of the famous songwriter, Nougaro. Our huge range of properties to sell, buy or rent are located in Toulouse and the surrounding areas. Our Toulouse agency was quickly joined by Tradition Immobilier, an agency with an impressive reputation for the sale of beautiful residences and historic châteaux. Covering the areas of the Mediterranean and the Pyrénées and on up through Gascony, most of the agency’s properties are located about an hour away from Toulouse in the Haute-Garonne, Aude, Tarn, Tarn et Garonne, Gers and Ariège.
We then created the agency Immobilière Tolosane 64 in the Pays-Basque. Situated in the town of Urrugne between St-Jean-de-Luz and Hendaye, our agency offers traditional Basque-style houses and other investment properties located inland from the Côte Basque.
And, finally, the most recent addition to Groupe Immobilière Tolosane is the real estate agency La Fayette in St-Jean-de-Luz. Established over 50 years ago, the agency is one of the oldest in St-Jean-de-Luz and offers specialist knowledge of the Côte Basque property market for purchases, sales and rental. Selling houses is the main part of the agency’s business, but La Fayette also has a thriving and expanding holiday rental business, with top-quality holiday properties available for holidaymakers all year round. The agency is named after the Marquis La Fayette who passed through St-Jean-de-Luz in 1777 en route for Pasaia in Spain, before setting off across the Atlantic Ocean to fight in the American War of Independence.
After 20 years’ experience as an Expert Immobilier (member of the Chambre des Experts Immobiliers FNAIM), Groupe Immobilière Tolosane’s founder and chief executive, Pierre Ragozin, decided to consolidate his experience in the real estate property business and create a link between the Ville Rose and the Pays-Basque. |
